Method name: glacial acetic acid-determination of glacial acetic acid-neutralization titration method
Scope of application: This method uses titration to determine the content of glacial acetic acid in glacial acetic acid.
This method is applicable to glacial acetic acid.
Principle of the method: add freshly boiled cold water and phenolphthalein indicator solution to the test product, titrate the titration with sodium hydroxide, and calculate the content of glacial acetic acid according to the amount of titration solution used.
Reagents:
1. Sodium hydroxide titration solution (1mol/L)
2. Phenolphthalein indicator solution (phenolphthalein indicator solution does not change color)
3. Benchmark potassium hydrogen phthalate
4. Purple litmus solution (purple litmus solution turns red)
